customize tab not working

Hi,
The customize tab under appearance tab is not working properly. only widgets option appears. the customize is also not working on the theme customizer option and module customizer option under Divi theme.you can check out the screenshot– https://ideasoncanvas.in/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/Screenshot-163.png
How, can I fix this?
