Customize Questions

I have a couple of questions.

The first two questions have to do with the space above Will Smith’s head and the menu under the logo (http://d.pr/gn2I).

1. How/where do I add the advertising to that small space and if I have to use code, how do I create it?
2. How do I customize and center the menu because that is a widget. For some reason the original menu stop showing up. Also if there is a way to transfer the menu to the header that would be even better.

Okay, the next question has to do with the piece of code in the top left hand corner of my blog. How do I get rid of that? (http://sourceful.co.uk/)

The second last question I have has to do with my post pages. How do i customize the sidebars? Like add stuff like adds, links, and whatever else. (http://sourceful.co.uk/gruesome-clothing/)

Last but not least, how do I get my footer on every page? It only shows up on the home page.
