I can’t find in my control panel (Woocommerce v.2.1.x)
Seems like something changed in new WC. As soon as problem will be fixed, I’ll tell you.
Plugin is using WooCommerce default template for emails. You can find instruction for customizing template in any page in email settings for WC. For translation use lang files (.po and .mo).

I’ve updated to latest version, but I can’t find mail template in Woocommerce MAILS section.
Plugin is using WooCommerce default template for emails. In WC settings there is no special section for WCRR.
