If yes, could you please then include the error messages printed in the javascript console of your browser?

Hello, I have the same problem and the error messages that appear on the console are as below:

In this error I tried to locate where the http to append the s but I could not, I opened the file customize in wp-admin via ftp but I did not find the line there.
Have one more error below:

I have deactived my “hello dolly” plugin thats why i was having a problem.Now it has been fixed.You can check if it is same with you.Make sure you have not deactivated any unknown plugin.
Thanks for replay, but the hello dolly plugin, as already disable, it is not him that is causing the error.
