customize default search engine | WordPress.org

Hi,

How can you setup this default search engine to also search for image file names?
I have a gallery and all the images have unique file names, which are their article numbers, and I would like to customers to search for an article number and then find the corresponding image.
Or perhaps there is a plugin which does that already?

Check the plugins “relevanssi” and “search everything”.

Thanks for the reply!
Unfortunatly, none of these search plugins work with image tags.

Let me show my problem:

Here I have a catalog, and as you can see, all images have their unique filenames. However, when I search for a filename, results won’t show up.

The file name is already searchable in the normal search.

However this plugin is only for backend purposes, I need visitors to search for the catalog numbers..
