    Hi,
    I would like to ad CSS code so I’ll be able to choose background image or color to the whole blog, or the menu section.
    How do I do that?
    Also, I would like to add the title “latest posts” on the main page before the posts, and the title “featured pages” before the featured pages part on the first page.
    I heard this should be done in functions.php
    I already have child theme.
