Customize Contact form 7

Hi,
Here is the sample page:

You will see that there are a number of fields at the bottom where user will input perhaps 1 or 2 field maximum.

So need to modify the contact form 7 plugin so that whatever field has value, that field and its corresponding value will be inserted in the Message Body of Contact Form 7. Blank field value wii not show in the Message body.
