Customize changes lost

Hello, I am developing a child theme over your theme, the thing is that changed some little details like home banner and logotype image through Dashboard > Appearance > Customize. When I move the site online I have to make again this changes because it does not retain this customize info, something I’ve made wrong while doing the child theme or it is upon your theme?
If you check the online version you should add this password in order to see the web page without restriction: trufa

I think this is the normal behavior for any kind of theme.
There is a nice plugin for initializing child themes called “Child Theme Generator”.
There is an option to copy those previosly made customizations. After setting up the child theme you can delete the plugin.

Thanks for using our theme. With regard to your issue, it seems that the issue is caused by transferring the site to live. I would like to ask if you transfer your site manually? If yes, there might be an issue on the database not included or corrupted when transferred there are also plugins that can export and import those settings from your dev to live site.

Thanks a lot for your responses, yes I am transferring the database manually but there’s no errors while importing it. Can you tell me one plugin that only copies this customize data? I don’t like to transfer my sites with plugins because it is more time consuming than doing it manually.

I’ve checked this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/customizer-export-import/
But maybe its easier to use the get_theme_mods function.
