Customize Button Markup

I’m wondering if there are any plans to add the ability to allow user-defined button markup? The functionality of the plugin is exactly what I need, but to make everything look right in my theme, I have to keep editing the wpfp_link_html() function after every update. It’d be nice if maybe there was an advanced option in the settings to define your own markup, or a template part or something you could create that it would look for first.
