customiser won’t stop refreshing, all plugins disabled

    I have tried everything i can think of but as soon as i start to use the customiser app it won’t stop refreshing the screen, i tried disabling all 3rd party plugins and i have also re-installed storefront. I don’t ha a child theme it is solely storefront installed. It wasn’t a major issue but i have just installed the storefront power pack and it won’t work because the screen won’t stop refreshing long enough to allow me to select an element to customise. Can anybody help.

    I am using safari but i have also tried google chrome and on different computers as well.

    That might suggest what the issue is.
