Customised initial loading screen on Colormag

Hi,

I’ve created a child theme for colormag (colormag demo: http://demo.themegrill.com/colormag/)

I’m trying to figure out how to code to create a full screen image with title & mission statement, the first time you load up my website. (a bit like how Moesia starts – http://demo.athemes.com/moesia/).

This needs to scroll up to reveal the colormag homepage. Whenever someone already within my site clicks back to homepage, I want them to see the colormag homepage, not the initial loading fullscreen image.

Learning up php but not quite sure how to achieve this & the animation.
