Hello,
I think the best plugin for this is another one of our plugins: http://www.orionorigin.com/plugins/woo-visual-product-configurator/
Please feel free to check our live preview our generate your own private demo to see if that suits you more than the product designer.
Thanks for coming back to me so quickly!
I have had a look at the other plugin and it seems to do exactly what I want it to do.
Can you please let me know how to get the configured product into the woo commerce product list as I cant seem to work it out?
Thanks in advance
Hello,
I’m not sure i understand the question.. But the plugin allows you to create “configurations” and then you can link the configuration you’ve created to any product in your shop. That way a “Build your own” button will appear under the product on the shop/archives/categories pages or on the product detail page. Once the user hit that button, he is redirected to a page where he can chose the options and add the configuration to the cart.
That makes more sense then.
I requested a demo page to see how it works and was given the following url: http://www.orionorigin.com/public-demos/o55f294a5f1513
This page has now been taken down.
Can you please reinstate it for me?
Yes the demo is only valid 1h because we get a lot of request daily and we can’t store the private demos data for live otherwise, it will surchage the server. You can regenerate a new one if you want.
I’ll mark this as solved. If you need anything else, i’m here to help.
Hi, sorry to keep bothering you!
I have bought the plugin, uploaded and activated it and created the customizer page but when I try to use the plugin I don’t have any options it just has two bars which say name.
When I go the the page with the short code I get the following error:
“Fatal error: Call to a member function is_purchasable() on a non-object in //wp-content/plugins/woo-visual-product-configurator/public/class-wvpc-front-editor.php on line 56”
Can you please help?
Sorry, this is now resolved!
