Customer's Can't log in using google chrome

I am working on a site http://www.reignforest.co.uk using the Dokan multi vendor plug in.

If you click my account, then register as a customer or seller. When clicking submit there are no successful messages or anything. It refreshes the login page. It is creating the accounts in the back end, but when you got to log in, nothing happens it just refreshes the log in page again. If you log in with a wrong credentials it displays the error message.

This only seems to be doing this in Chrome, IE works fine. I haven’t tried other browsers. I have disabled ALL plugins to see if they were causing issues, but problem still persists.

Would appreciate any help.
