Customer order data suddenly deleted

    Okay, so three things happened at the same time and I don’t know which one was the culprit. I did an update on my theme, I did an update on some plugins, and I removed a few USPS shipping options.

    After that this happened. I only have the one order so far. It was placed on 10/10/2020.

    I would put up a screenshot, but I can’t see how to do it.

    Hi there,

    I want to make sure I understand you correctly.
    Can you tell me more?
    Are you saying all previous orders disappeared or you have only received 1 order so far?

    Since there is only 1 order, I highly recommend rolling back to before the updates and then monitor the orders information as you redo each of the updates.
