Hello @liam22
thank you for reaching out to us. We think this could be related to a change that was made in order to use the order number instead of the internal post id when creating the invoice number. We want to further investigate this issue, so would like to ask you to open a service desk ticket with us. Instruction to do this, you can find here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
Let us know if that is ok with you.
Kind regards,
Joost

@hastibe You are misreading it and stop reporting all of these topics.
That guideline applies in most cases because there are many people who exploit users. The exception is plugin or theme developers who want to obtain more information that may be sensitive in nature.
When a plugin or theme developer does that, that is allowed provided they are not using that contact for nefarious purposes such asking for admin or server access.
In the 5 topics you reported I did not see evidence of that. Just a developer attempting to obtain information that to help a user solve their problem.
In this case the link to that form is only a request for uploaded data. That is allowed.
Since we haven’t heard back from you, I’m going to mark it as resolved.
In case you’re still having problems, feel free to let us know!
