    Hi there,

Thanks for flagging this. When MailPoet shows an email as sent but your subscribers don’t receive it, the message has usually left MailPoet successfully and is being filtered or held up somewhere between the sending service and the recipient’s inbox. A few common causes are worth checking first:

    1. Spam and other folders: ask a couple of the affected subscribers to check their spam, junk, and promotions folders, since filtered mail often lands there rather than the main inbox.
    2. Sender domain authentication: authenticating your sending domain with DKIM and DMARC records is required for reliable delivery. If those records are missing or incomplete, emails can be silently quarantined or rejected by the receiving server.

To help narrow it down, could you share:

    • Which sending method you’re using (MailPoet Sending Service, or “Other”/SMTP)?
    • Whether the affected recipients are on a specific provider (Gmail, Outlook/Hotmail, etc.), or it’s across the board?
    • Whether your sender domain is verified under MailPoet > Settings, with DKIM and DMARC set up?

This guide covers the full checklist: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/146-the-newsletters-are-not-being-received
And this one walks through domain authentication: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/295-spf-dkim-dmarc

Once you share those details, we can dig in further.
