Hello, since a few days ago, the customer’s email address does not appear on the invoices.

I have the check marked and nothing.

But in the plugin configuration preview it does appear.

    What could be happening?

It’s like the check does not work.

Because if I remove the if from this line, it works.

Do you have the “Display email address” option enabled under PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice?

That’s right, I have that option activated.

Are you using a custom template as well? If so, does the issue persist when using the default template?

    Hi @angeldavo,

Is this happening with new orders as well? Please note that if you had the option disabled in the past, old documents will not follow your new settings, because we stored them per-order basis for historical reasons. For instance, if you change your shop address in the future, it should not affect old PDF invoices that you generated when your store was located in the old address.

That said, if you need to update the documents settings with the latest settings, you can do it, following one of the methods explaining in the following article: Show PDF documents with the latest settings
