Customer confirmation email notification

Hi – am looking to find out how to make sure that my customers get a confirmation email after a sale and an email once the product has shipped ( with tracking number etc). Is there a way to make sure this happens from the back end of my flatsome WordPress site? Thank you for any advice. Philip
