    Hello @ianwid,
    Thank you for reaching out.

The countdown is the SpamFireWall checking page. Normally, a legitimate visitor should be redirected to the website automatically after 3 seconds.

We can see that your Anti-Spam plugin is a bit outdated. Please update the plugin to the latest available version.

Kindly ask the affected visitor to check that JavaScript and cookies are enabled in their browser and try again in another browser or private/incognito mode.

If you know the visitor’s IP address, you can add it to the SpamFireWall Personal Allow List following this instruction: https://cleantalk.org/help/sfw-blacklist-usage

Let us know if you have any questions.

The customer tried again today after the updates and got this message, but the link didnt work, he then tried a different browser and it worked,

Another customer just phoned with the same problem, and when I went to place the order for him, I received the same screen as well, the IP address was exactly the same for the first customer as it was for me, and after adding it to the allow list it didnt help.

It is also the exact same page as his, and other pages in the site work for me

    Hello @ianwid,

The issue is most likely caused by caching, where a cached copy of the blocking page is accidentally served to real visitors.

To resolve this, please clear all cache your site.

Please let us know if this resolve the issue.

    Thank you,
