I’m using Woocommerce for a B2B ecommerce: only registered users can enter the pages and buy from the catalog.
So the admin manually creates users and send usernames and passwords.
I can’t understand how the admin page Woocommerce > Customers works: I’ve created 119 new users as Clients, but when I go in Woocommerce > Customers page it shows me only 76 customers.
How does this page work? Why don’t I see 119 customers?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi @usbe11

The Woocommerce > Customers area will display customers that have placed an order on the site.

Creating new users will not show the users with a “customer” role in this section unless they have completed an order.

    Hope this helps to explain.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Kind regards,
