Custom XML Feed with special formatting

Hey everyone! This is my first post.

Is it possible to make a custom xml feed like the one seen at http://www.indeed.com/jsp/xmlinfo.jsp

The feed is for a job board and the feed would take the format of <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”utf-8″?>
