Custom WordPress for muti contributing magazine

Hi,

I have couple of requirements which i am going to mention below. I would appreciate if you could provide the silutions.

1. The best, contemporary and free theme for settingup a magazine? All the categories should be on top menu and sub-categories should be drop down. suggest the commercial also.

2. I would like to disable wordpress comments but enable facebook comments only on posts. How do i do that what plugins i needed.

3. As i said, This is going to be multicontributing blog, so i wish to review the posts before it publish, How can i control the users to send their posts to review and only moderators can review and publish those posts. A contributor shouldnot be able to post without review.

4. Which is the right plugin to display author photo and about author in the bottom of his posts.
