Custom woocommerce link delivery only possible?

    Want to know if it is possible to have products deliver links such as meeting links, class links, etc where each product would have it’s own link which customer get on delivery via email or on the checkout page. ideally has automated message to indicate expiry of link suggesting to repurchase new link.
    Please let me know if any plugins exist of this can be achieved via php code injected to functions.php etc?
