Custom User Redirects

Hello,

I’ve got a site that will be integrating user registration to view, upload and comment on videos.

What i’m looking for is a way to redirect users after logging in to the site’s homepage instead of the WordPress admin backend.

BUT, i’d like for the users with admin permissions to be directed to the WordPress admin backend. This is because the admin’s will be reviewing and publishing the user-submitted content.

Is this possible?
