Custom updates not showing

I have made some changes to a website within the customizer. The updates do not appear on the front end of the site. I contacted the theme developer and after looking into different possibilities he noted it was not the theme but the super chache.

I had disabled the WP Super Chache, cleared the chache and still have the problem. The developer sent me this image to show the details of the problem.
