Custom Tiny MCE visual editor not working

    Hi, in my theme I’ve added a TinyMce editor and upgrading to WP 3.9 breaks the Visual editor. I’ve read tons of threads and have disabled plugins, tried debugging and tried to figure out what’s changed from the TinyMce site but no luck yet. The only thing I’ve found on my theme options page that might indicate the problem is Web Developer / errors which gives this:

    Failed to load xxxxxxx/wp-includes/js/tinymce/themes/advanced/theme.js

    I don’t suppose this rings any bells with anyone does it?
