Custom Thesis Theme

I would like to change the max font sizes. So, I can have bigger fonts to make it easier for all to read. The default styling, the shadowing and max it a bit more interesting. However, I want to keep it clean. I like the simplicity, but I think it can be more visually appealing. The blogs I want to have a custom feed bar at the top of the page, but for it to only show on that page. I would also like to make a custom social sidebar on the left hand side that moves as they scroll.
