Custom taxonomy archive – Error 404

    Hello, please help me. I have custom post type with some taxonomies. I can show them in CPT single and archive and I already make taxonomy-taxonomy-name.php file in my child theme, but if I click on some value of taxonomy it shows just error 404… Any suggestions where can be problem?
