Custom Student Registration Page

    Hey everyone, so i am facing a weird problem.

    basically, i am using Tutor-LMS, and Elementor on my website, so, i have a custom neatly built page, where i want it to be the student registration page, however issue is, the moment i go to

    Settings>>Students>>Students Registration Page, and assign it to the formatted built page that i built in Elementor, all of the formatting/design i did, just vanishes, and the form just shows up alone.

    Note: if i un-assign my page, and go to its link manually, everything shows up neatly formatted.

    i also included the short code for the Student Regiesteration in the Custom Page.

    unsure what to do, i’d like it if simply this custom page i built, shows up as i built it, when i assign it as the “student sign up page” from the settings.

    any ideas?
    (i attempted removing/adding page/refreshing etc).

    Few More Attempts:
    i did try to use the Default Blocks editor, and enabling the Classic Editor, from the settings, but same result.

    i did also see this documentation page

    and for some reason, it just keeps failing, only the regiesteration form shows up, no customization, content, blocks or elementor blocks.

    Update:
    An improvement something that got close to working:

    if i go to settings, set up the page manually, then save settings.

    then reload the site.
    then go to settings again, and change the Student Registration Page to “Selection Option”, then by heading over to the link, it displays properly, however, going through the “Create Account process” it does not in fact redirect me to the page, i could manually code it to send me to the page upon click

    however, i am worried this is a hacky method, and will cause me issues down the line, as i do not believe it is intended at all any ideas please ?

    also it appears that i have discovered another problem, it appears, no matter what information of registration i enter, i keep getting the message “Suspect Bot” any ideas?

    Hello @jondobgames,

    The message you get is certainly not from the Tutor plugin itself, so something else is messing with the registration form.

    Recommended steps to figure out what is causing it:

    1. Disable all non-essential plugins.
    2. Clear the cache.
    3. Enable plugins individually clearing the cache after activation until the issue reappears … when it does keep the causing plugin disabled or try to check if it has a setting that allows to turn it off for the registration page.

    I’ve done a quick search and have found several threads reporting that an ORG plugin might be involved in provoking the message …

    [Half Solved]
    the Bluehost plugin, somehow, triggered the issue of Suspect bot.
    disabling it fixed that.
    however, for the custom registeration, sadly, the only thing i could do, was change the code through a child theme, such that, the redirect to creating the account, is hard coded, and the field of the Student sign up page in the tutor lms settings left empty.
