The posts copy fine, but if I change the slug on the original post and then duplicate, it doesn’t copy that slug. It just generates a standard one. Is there any way to keep the custom slug on the duplicated post?

  • This also seems to be a problem when using the “MPD Create Link” function. Even when both the duplicated post and the original post have the custom slug, once you update the original post, the slug on the duplicate changes back to standard.

    i.e.

    Page title: Application Information
    Original slug: /application
    Duplicate slug: /application
    Post-update, duplicate slug becomes: /application-information

I’ll add this to my todo list for the next release. I think I know what is going on here.

Sorry for the late reply. Been up to my eyes in other stuff!

This has been fixed an will be released as part of v1.6.5 in the next few days. In the meantime you can get it at:
