I tried unchecking it and my email confirming the order shows “Additional information”, however, the text I put in the custom field isn’t there.
Where can this information be seen from within the Order Backend? I don’t see it there either.
Please advise…
Thank you for reporting this issue, i am currently working on a fix, for a quick work around,
do not leave spaces for the LABEL name alone.
you can use words like “Cool-field” the use of “-” will make it work.
but using “Cool field” as the label will not.
probably “Cool_field” can also work. etc
ok, I have just release an update, should fix this issue. Just make sure to fill out the abbreviation field for this issue to go away.
It Worked! Thanks so much!!!
You are most welcome. Giving is a joy 😀
Best Regards!
Hey folks,
I am still having this issue and the above hack didn’t work for me. Any ideas?
Here is what I am running:
WordPress: 3.6
Woocommerce version: 2.0.13
WooCommerce Checkout Manager Version: 3.5.4
Cheers
Mike
Actually, never mind my previous post, I found the issue … I had a space in my abbreviation field. 😛
