Custom Register Form with User Roles

Hi Folks
I need to create 2 custom register forms. I need 1 form for subscribes & 1 contributors
I have created the extra fields using Cimy User Extra Fields plugin I just haven’t been able to create to 2 register forms.
Any help would be great.
