Hi @shanthini

How many roles are assigned to your test account? IF there’s more than one role, you will have to add a Priority Number in the User Role settings to make it a Primary Role – see this screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1r2vVMmEmUG4nKaLv_x_M6gmFCGtk6JBd/view?usp=sharing
