Custom provider not working

    I have used this plugin in other sites and it works great, I’m trying to use it on a multi-site page for the first time and I can’t add custom providers.
    I see the “add custom provider” pop up and fill the info, when I click on Submit, it just stays loading forever.
    Is there any other way to add custom providers? like an import csv?
    IDK if it’s multi-site issue, I only have 1 site and I tried with an older version of the plugin and the same happens.

    Hello, we checked, we could not replicate the issues with adding custom shipping providers.

    When you activate AST for the entire network, 1 shipping providers table is created and all sites are using the same table. when you create custom provider from any of these sites, it will be added to the main website table.
    If you do not activate AST for the network, it will create a shipping providers table for each sub-site and when you create custom provider from one of the sub sites, it will be created only in the sub site table.
