    Does this plugin support custom post types? I’ve not been able to find references in the settings or documentation. Thanks for you assistance!

    Glad to help. The free version provides a setting to choose between submitting posts or pages. Then for advanced users, the free version also provides a filter hook that enables you to specify ANY custom post type:

    usp_post_type

    Also FYI, the pro version of USP provides built-in support for unlimited forms and unlimited custom post types.
