Custom post Type Submit Button Not Working

Hello

Hi i have a website about events. Where People can Add, View Events and can also review events.
So i use two custom post types. Events and Reviews.
The Post submit for events in the front end work perfectly with an issue though it redirects to me an event page after i submit the event or delete events from the dashboard
And Most importantly the submit button for review doesnt seem to work at all.
