Custom Post Type single post not recognising single-{post-type}.php

    I’ve got several Custom Post Types, all with their own single-{post-type}.php, but one has just stopped working.

    When I try to view a single post, it reverts to index.php

    I’ve updated the permalink structure to make aure the rewrite rules were up to date. The template works when Permalink structure is set to default, but won’t work for /%category%/%postname%

    Anybody know any reasons why this might be happening? I have a feeling this all started with the update to 3.2.1, but I can’t be sure..
