Custom PHP for each member

    Hi there!

    I have clients and do nutrition assessments for them. I am wondering if it is possible to have custom questions and responses that save for each member. For example, I would ask if their nails were brittle or if they had hair loss and then I would be able to not only see the answers to their questions but I could have the test give them feed back based on their answers so that if they answered yes to certain questions that have multiple indications (cavities is a sign of vitamin d and calcium depletion among other things), there would be multiple responses given based on the answers.

    It would also be helpful to be able to ask for their weight and then create a chart based on the response for them and myself to see (as the admin). Does anyone know if this can be done with S2Member?

    You can certainly create a quiz on your site without causing a conflict with s2Member, but s2Member does not provide the tools with which to create such a quiz.

    There are, however, many quiz plugins available on wordpress.org, so I suggest you try them out and see which one suits your needs best.
