Custom Path Issue

The custom path option does not appear to work as anticipated.

If I select the Advanced radio button and enter:

themes/twentythirteen/mycss/

or

themes/twentythirteen/mycss

as a path

the result is always:

Create/edit your editor style located at http://my.domain.com/wp-content/themes/twentythirteen/mycsseditor-style.css on your server.

and

Create/edit your editor style located at http://my.domain.com/wp-content/themes/twentythirteen/mycsseditor-style-shared.css on your server.

so instead of creating editor-style.css and editor-style-shared.css in a folder called mycss

the plugin creates mycsseditor-style.css and mycsseditor-style-shared.css in the folder twentythirteen
