    The Business Page seem to override WordPress Theme page settings. Is there a way to use the default from the theme or a separate page template? Thanks!

    There are different method of adding a new template which a plugin author can choose. He can offer a shortcode or he can inject a new template to the theme. Anyway this plugin does not HiJack your template and you should check this with other official WOrdPress templates to see that it does not change them at all
