    Hi,

Generally enjoying the Plugin, but currently in trying to improve the SEO by editing each page’s SEO Settings, if I type the custom page description, then update the page, it never saves what I have written, so I can never improve the SEO!

How can I stop this happening as its affecting appearance in Google.

    Thanks

    Hi @socross,

Are the option fields being updated as you save them? Or do they return to what they previously were? If that doesn’t work, the database might be out of sync. This is completely out of my hands, and you should forward this to your hosting provider.

If they correctly get updated on the admin side, it might be that you’re running an Object Caching plugin. That plugin can store The SEO Framework’s output.
You can control how it works in the SEO Settings (General -> Performance). Alternatively, you can flush the object cache or ask your hosting provider to do it for you.

If you mean that they’re not being updated in Google, then please give it a week or two for it to be processed. Google has billions of pages to crawl.

That’s all I can come up with without looking at your site. If you have any meaningful data to share, please do! 🙂
