    Hello,

    We’ve updated to the latest plugin and moved to a new host but since then, adding any custom notes in the red box area in the image below does not appear in the invoice at all and I can’t find the setting to enable it.

    Everything else looks good and we had an issue before with Arabic characters appearing as boxes but that’s fixed with the new version. However, notes we add in the “Notes (printed in invoice)” area does not appear.

    How can we solve this please as we heavily depend on this functionality for internal operations.

    Hi @akkari,

    The document notes are displayed by default (source code).

    Are you maybe using a custom PDF template? If so, check that you haven’t deleted the code that displays them.

    Thanks for the fast reply. This happens even with the “Simple” template without any modification. I checked the source code for the simple template and it does contain the code you’ve shared above.

    Our operations team depends heavily on this section and I’m not sure how to debug the issue. Could it be a plugin conflict or something? These notes also don’t appear in preview. Not sure what’s happening.

    How can we debug it?
