Custom Note on Customer Profile

I was wondering is there’s a way or a plugin that will allow me to put a note regarding a customer that will automatically appear on their order page when they order. Example is a customer is a retired veteran then I can out in his profile something like a custom note like “War Veteran, give additional freebies) and this will appear on his order so when my packers see the note then they’ll put in a little extra on his order.
