Custom Menu Links

    Hi,

    I am having a javascript issue for one of my clients websites.

    In the main navigation he wants to be able to add a custom link that calls a javascript function, which will open a new window with a certain size and certain elements loaded.

    I placed the necessary javascript code in the header.php

    Running a test link on a page it opens fine.
    RESERVE NOW

    However when I put it in the menu of custom links wordpress clears the javascript and gets rid of it.

    Is there a way to implement javascript into the menu?
