Custom login form back-end page for users

Hi, I’m not sure if this is the right place for this topic but here we go…

So basically my wordpress site will have users with the role of either administrator or member.

I want the administrators to login through the standard WordPress login page.

When it comes to the members, I wish to have a custom login form that also redirects them to a custom built members section. The back-end template for the members should not be the same as the normal WordPress back-end.

I’ve tried googling for this, but most of the results are very old and restricted OR just showing how to customize the standard login page.

Any help is appreciated.
