It sounds like you’re using Quote templates with placeholders, is that correct?
Custom Quote placeholders should work, but as you experienced, it’s not working properly at the moment. I’ve submitted the bug report to our developers, and they are aware of this issue. While we don’t have an estimated timeframe for when this may be fixed we can certainly let you know once we have an update.
Our developers have been working on revamping multiple quote-related features, so there are some outstanding bugs that will be fixed simultaneously upon a future release. Thank you for your patience!

We don’t have an update from our developers quite yet, and I don’t have a timeline on when we may see resolution on this issue. However, the moment they have a fix in place or more information, we will relay it right here as quickly as possible.
