Hello! I’ve noticed today if a user is logged in and go to checkout process can’t select / interact with added custom fields, the whole section shows as a great link (hand on mouse over) and nothing can be selected, filled, edited. If i log out and then go to checkout again all the custom fields are fully functional!
    It’s only happend to me?
Some help with this will be great.
    Thanks!

    Perhaps it is your theme.

    You are using which version?
Can you provide a link to the checkout?

Hi! Thanks for your answer. The theme i’m using is “The retailer” from themeforest. The live link of the site is http://virtual.steinhardtsa.com.ar but right know i’m not using any custom field because of this problem. The plugin is installed and activated and only using for a custom text inside the “Order notes” text field. If you need any custom field active to chekc it ou please let me know and i will activate it.
    Regards, Leo.

Same issue. Once a returning customer comes back, they are unable to access the custom fields in the checkout process. Has anyone found a solution to this problem or is this plugin abandoned?

Hello petes42, after 5 months no solution to this, not using the plugin is te only solution.

@leowys Have you come across any better plugins you’d recommend that would accomplish this?

    Hi petes42,

There is this one at $199 http://pluginterritory.com/shop/woocommerce-checkout-customizer/

    Cheers,
    Gabriel
