Custom fields automaticly added

    First thank you of creating this quiz!

    I’v made a quiz, but since I’ve changed some general features there are a lot of “custom fields” added (name and e-mail) automatically.

    I can remove them with the buttons, but when I save it, al the fields appear again. What can I do to show only 1 name and 1 mail field?
