    Hi first i want to congratulate for yout great plugin, im using it almost in every site i create where need a gallery or albums plugin. First of all, forgive my bad english.

    In an actual site, i want to use one of the albums as a billboard where users can view incoming recitals posters, but i need to display the photos in a date order, where the date is the recital’s date, and i need to input it manually overriding the photo’s date, or use an alt custom field for that purpose.

    I can modify the plugin adding the input to photo form, and adding an update-option to saving method and override the timestamp, but editing plugin core is my last choice. can you give me a better alternative?

    Use the photo sequence sort order # method for that specific album: Photo Order: set to Order# on the Edit album screen.

    Give the photos an order#: Photo order #: on the Mange Photos screen.

    The numbers need not to be successive, i.e. you may have 3,4,7,12,13 etc. so you can add and delete always. If you have to insert ofthe, start numbering 10,20,30 etc, you can add 25 later.

    Watch the setting Table IV-C2 ( Photo order descending ) it is a system wide setting, if you checked this, you have to sequence the photos: 100, 95, 90, 80 etc.
