custom field values make clickable link

I’m sorry, I do not speak English well, but I have a question.
How do I do this:
custum field name: cf_linkek value: more text (text1, text2, text3)
and how to convert each of these texts to associate a URL?
text1.com > clickable link ( http://text1.com)
text2.com > clickable link
text3.com > clickable link
